When organizing your products in the Clibase system, you can choose between two setup types depending on your business structure and needs:

🔹 Branch Setup

Use this setup if:

  • You have different types of businesses or industries (e.g., a café, a pet store, a salon)

  • Each branch has its own unique items, pricing, and menus

  • You want to manage each branch independently

✅ Best for: – Business owners with multiple locations offering different services or products – Companies with different pricing per branch – Separate operations under one account

📌 Example: Branch A sells milk tea, Branch B sells gadgets. Each one has its own product list.

🔹 Masterlist Product Setup

Use this setup if:

  • You have several branches offering the same products

  • Product names, pricing, and details are uniform across all locations

  • You want to save time by editing only once and applying the changes to all branches

✅ Best for: – Franchises and chain stores – Standardized product offerings – Centralized control for consistency

📌 Example: Branch A, B, and C all sell the same coffee menu. If you update the price of a latte, all branches are updated automatically.
