This module provides a comprehensive overview of all voided transactions, allowing you to see the items associated with each transaction that has been canceled. This feature is essential for tracking discrepancies and understanding the reasons behind transaction voids.
You can access header details that enable you to filter and customize the information displayed, ensuring you find the specific data you need. By utilizing these header details, you can easily identify patterns, assess the frequency of voids, and investigate any underlying issues that may be affecting your sales process. This functionality not only aids in maintaining accurate records but also supports better decision-making and operational efficiency within your business.
Here are the steps to view your voided transactions in the portal:
Open the Admin Portal: Go to the link
Login: Enter the login credentials you received via email to log in.
Navigate to Branch Reports: Once logged in, look for the menu or sidebar on the left side of the screen.
Select Key Activity: Click the Key Activity, then choose Voided Transactions from the dropdown menu.
