Timekeeping Attendance

This module is used to track staff attendance and serves as a basic timekeeping system. Once staff accounts, shifts, and calendar schedules are created, they can use the Timekeeping feature in the POS.
You can filter by date and staff, and export the data in Excel format. The information displayed includes staff names, source, action type (time in or time out), status (late or undertime), actual and scheduled times, and the number of minutes late or undertime.
Staff can also time in and out without a schedule; however, only the actual time in and out will be recorded, as there is no tagged schedule for those staff members. Please refer to sample Timekeeping No. 4 above for an example of the recorded single data for attendance tracking.
