The Suppliers module is used to add a supplier's basic information, allowing for easy identification and distinction within the Purchase Order. This facilitates effective contact management for communication, particularly once the form is transferred to a tab in the Purchase Order module. If the supplier has an email address recorded in this module, they will receive an email notification informing them that the client has placed an order for their items.
