E-Sales

The E-Sales module helps simplify the process of submitting your sales data to the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) if your POS (Point of Sale) system is registered. This feature makes it easier for you to generate and submit the required reports, ensuring you stay compliant with tax regulations while maintaining accurate records.

How to Use E-Sales:

1. Close Your Daily Registry At the end of your store's operating hours, ensure that you close your sales registry. This step is crucial to capture the day’s sales data accurately.

2. Filter Your Sales Data Go to the filter section above, and select the relevant data for the day. Once you’ve set your filters, click Apply to view the data.

3. Export the Data After reviewing your filtered sales data, click on Export to Excel to download the file. This will generate the necessary report that you can submit to the BIR.
