Stocktake Count

The Stocktake Count module enables you to search for and view stock levels efficiently. This feature allows for easy monitoring and management of your inventory.

  1. Total Tracked Products: Products that are monitored for inventory levels and trigger a notification when they fall below the specified threshold.

  2. Total Stocks: The total quantity of all masterlist items currently in the system.

  3. Total Discrepancy: The total difference between the End of Day (EOD) inventory count and the actual stock on hand.

  4. Products with Low Stocks: Products that have reached or fallen below the minimum threshold level. Click on Low Stocks to view the Inventory Restock Report.

You can use the search bar to find products by name or SKU. The total stocks per product for all branches are displayed on the right side of the table.
