Additional Stocks Only - This adjustment type is specifically designed for situations where you need to add inventory to your stock. When you use this type, the system automatically updates the Onhand Quantity to reflect the newly added stock. This means that as soon as you add the additional stocks, your inventory levels are updated without requiring further manual adjustments. This is useful for keeping real-time inventory accurate and reducing the risk of discrepancies.
End-of-Day Manual Count - This adjustment type is used for taking stock at the end of the day, often referred to as a manual count. When you perform an end-of-day count, this adjustment type will:
Update the End of Day Count to reflect the actual inventory counted.
Adjust the Beginning Quantity for the next day based on the count taken.
Update the Onhand Quantity to ensure it matches the new count. This process helps to maintain accurate records and can identify discrepancies that may have occurred throughout the day.
Product Details - You can input the product name or scan the barcode. This allows for a maximum of 100 items per batch, and will automatically display the SKU and UOM. Also, input your last manual count quantity.
