Click to manually add a product. Drop the picture in the Main Picture area to display the picture image in your POS, messenger store, and website store, if applicable.

Next, fill out the Basic Info section. Ensure you include a short description if you are adding the product manually, and verify that there are no duplicate SKUs in the system.

Select a category for the product. You can also choose the brand, supplier, tag, generic type, division, family, and SM Sales Type if applicable. Additionally, you may input loyalty points if needed.

• The Collection Reading feature is useful for stores that handle billing, such as water bills.

• If you sell devices and require serial numbers, you can manually select them if needed.

Input the purchase price and selling prices, and select the appropriate tax code. If applicable, you may also add a different pricing scheme.

Commission Info (optional) - Select and input the commission, if applicable.

Inventory Detail - used to set up the inventory parameters.

• Minimum Threshold - Enter a minimum threshold to receive notifications when restocking is needed. Products should be also set not sold without stocks. Kindly contact Clibase Customer Support to receive an email for products that need to be restocked for them to assist you in setting it up.

• Est Lead Time of Delivery (Days) - You may specify the lead time for purchase orders.

• Measurement Unit Value - enter the value of the product once punched in.

• Unit of Measurement - Specify the measurement label for the product, useful for tagging raw materials.

• Track Quantity - Set this to Yes to enable inventory tracking.

• Continue selling when out of stock? - If Yes, the system will allow sales even when stock is depleted.

• Visible to Customers? - Indicate whether the product should be visible in the messenger store.

Component/Bundle/Recipe Detail - This section allows you to tag your raw materials.

Production Yield Detail - This is useful for production purposes and is commonly used in bakeries.

For Delivery Detail - If applicable, you can input the weight, height, and width of the product.

To manually delete a product, check the box next to the ID and then click the button below.
