The bot typically includes essential information such as your product list or services offered, location, and relevant background about your store. This module enhances the overall experience, making it more effective and memorable while encouraging participation and engagement throughout the session.

Next, configure your buttons. For the product list, ensure you select Show Product List Via Web.

For locations, set the system response to Generic Response to standardize your reply, and input the store's location in the description box below. Click once done.
