The key difference between saving a staff account and a company owner account is that company owners have the ability to view all branches in Clibase, whereas employees are restricted to viewing only their specific branch.
Fill out the details carefully:
Username - Ensure that the username you choose is unique and not duplicated within the system. The username will be used to log in to your account, so make sure it’s easy to remember.
First and Last Name - Enter your name. This will be visible on receipts and other records generated through the portal, ensuring that your information is correctly displayed on all transactions and documentation.
Phone Number - Provide your mobile phone number to receive the Daily Sales Report via SMS. This will allow you to stay informed about the sales activities of your business or branch directly on your phone, ensuring timely access to crucial data.
Email Address - Input a valid email address where you will receive your login credentials. This email will serve as the primary point of contact for Clibase-related communications other than the Viber group, and notifications for activities such as Inventory Restocking. Make sure the email is accurate to ensure you receive all relevant communications promptly.
