Dashboard
On the left side, you can see the Menu—the available features you may use in Clibase. You are currently on the Dashboard menu, where the details are displayed such as:
Today's Sales - Sales from opening to closing of the store hours.
Pending Orders - If there are unsettled transactions on the POS.
Total # of Paid Trans/Unpaid Items - Paid invoice and unpaid items on the POS.
Total # of Items Sold - Number of items that were sold during the day.
July 2024 Gross Sales - Total sales for the whole month.
July 2024 Total Receivables - All unpaid or the accounts receivables from the Sales Invoice.
July 2024 Claims/Bills/COGS - Tagged expenses from POS and Admin portal, and the cost of goods or purchase price of the product.
July 2024 NET PROFIT - Total income, less the expenses and cost of goods.
All the data in the first row comes from the POS, while the second row comes from both the POS and the admin portal. The first row resets daily—when it reaches the next day, it returns to zero, while the second row resets monthly—when it reaches the following month, it returns to zero.

Daily Sales vs. Expenses - Sales and expenses of the month.
Most Purchased Items and Services - You may use this bar graph to check the month's top 10 fast-moving items or services.
Daily Abandoned Cart - This line graph is provided only for E-Commerce. You may check all abandoned categories for the whole month. This part was color-coded for your reference.
Daily Client's Engagement Count - This chart measures how actively clients interact with your business or services.
Daily Sales Summary - A report summarizing daily sales when saved in the Daily Sales module.
Recent Customers - A list of newly added customers from the POS system.
