The Stocktake Count module allows you to view your inventory.
Total Tracked Products: Products that are monitored for inventory levels and trigger a notification when they fall below the specified threshold.
Total Stocks: The total quantity of all items currently in the system.
Total Discrepancy: The total difference between the End of Day (EOD) inventory count and the actual stock on hand.
Products with Low Stocks: Products that have reached or fallen below the minimum threshold level. Click on Low Stocks to view the Inventory Restock Report.
Use to access the Batch Upload feature for uploading your inventory and to get the current inventory file. You can search for a product by name or SKU using the Search bar.
To further describe the purposes of the Product Stocktake Count List:
Categories: Displays all product categories with inventory tracking enabled.
Product: Lists all products that are being tracked for inventory with their SKU below.
UOM: Product's unit of measurement.
OnHand Qty: Current inventory count.
Beg Qty: Refers to the Beginning Quantity of a product, which can be adjusted in the Manual Adjustment module after the Ending inventory is updated.
PT/PO/YP: Displays stock quantities from Product Transfers, Purchase Orders, and Yield Production. Data will only appear if you have recorded a Beginning Quantity.
Sold/Used Qty: Refers to the deducted quantity of a product due to Sales and/or wastages. The data starts from the date of the Beg Qty.
Onhand Qty: Refers to the current count or quantity of a product.
Last Manual Count: The last daily inventory count entered by the staff in the Manual Adjustment, independent of the system’s data.
Stock Status: Indicates the stock status as Normal, For Restock, or No Minimum Threshold, based on the inventory levels.
