The Audit Trail feature is designed to monitor and record the actions performed by users within the portal. This functionality allows you to track all activities, such as changes made to data, updates to records, and other significant interactions within the system. By providing a comprehensive log of user actions, the Audit Trail enhances accountability and transparency, making it easier to identify who performed specific tasks, when, and which module it was.
Importantly, this feature is exclusive to your branch, ensuring that all recorded activities pertain solely to your operations. This localized focus helps maintain the integrity of your data and allows for more precise oversight of user interactions.
Here are the steps to view your logs in the portal:
Open the Admin Portal: Go to the link
Login: Enter the login credentials you received via email to log in.
Navigate to Branch Reports: Once logged in, look for the menu or sidebar on the left side of the screen.
Select System: Click the System, then choose Audit Trail from the dropdown menu.
