Auto Follow-up

The Auto Follow-Up bot will help you engage customers who take their time before proceeding with their orders or who abandon their carts.

Click and input the name of the follow-up. Set the time for the follow-up message and write a generic response that the bot will send to your customers.

You can create a maximum of three follow-up bots. Choose whether to show the cart, include a cancel order button, and specify if the follow-up is active.
