Kitchen Dispatch

Here are the steps to view your KDS KPI logs in the portal:

• Open the Admin Portal: Go to the link app.clibase.tech.

• Login: Enter the login credentials you received via email to log in.

• Navigate to Branch Reports: Once logged in, look for the menu or sidebar on the left side of the screen.

• Select Key Performance: Click the Key Performance, then choose Kitchen Dispatch from the dropdown menu.

You can filter the data by date, time, and KDS (Kitchen Display System) devices to streamline your search. Additionally, you have the option to select the performance type, specifying whether the cooking was completed on time or delayed. Once you’ve set your filters, use the button to retrieve the relevant reports.

The generated reports will display key information, including the table number (if applicable), product name, quantity, and any remarks that may be necessary. You will also see the date and time of preparation, total prep time, and the performance type. For added convenience, you can export this data to Excel, allowing for further analysis and record-keeping.
