The Generic Type label in a POS system is essential for standardizing product categorization, making it easier to manage and identify items. These labels help customers find related items quickly and can streamline pricing strategies for similar products.

Here are the steps to add, modify, or delete generic type in your list manually:

  • Open the Admin Portal: Go to the link

  • Login: Enter the login credentials you received via email to log in.

  • Navigate to Catalog: Once logged in, look for the menu or sidebar on the left side of the screen.

  • Select Products: Click the Catalog, then choose Generic Type from the dropdown menu.
