Before creating a calendar schedule, make sure you have:
Staff accounts set up
Shift schedules were created for proper assignment.
To create a calendar schedule:
Go to: Employee > Calendar Schedule
STEP 1: Select for better visibility.
STEP 2: Select the date range for the schedule
STEP 3: Tag the staff members who will follow this schedule
STEP 4: Click button to finalize the schedule.
β Once created, the calendar will display staff members with their color-coded schedules for quick reference and easy tracking.
