🕒Attendance Tracking
The Timekeeping Attendance module provides a simple yet effective way to monitor your staff’s working hours. It tracks daily attendance and helps ensure accountability across your team.
✅ How It Works:
Once staff accounts, shifts, and calendar schedules are set up, employees can start logging their attendance directly through the POS system.
To start tracking the employee's attendance:
Go to: Employee > Timekeeping Attendance
🔍 Features:
Filter by date and specific staff
Export attendance records to Excel for reporting or analysis
View key attendance details, including:
Staff Name
Source (POS device used)
Action Type (Time In / Time Out)
Status (e.g. Late, Undertime)
Scheduled vs. Actual Times
Minutes Late or Minutes Undertime
This module helps you maintain accurate records for payroll, performance, and compliance.

ℹ️ Note: Staff members can still time in and out even without a set schedule. However, in this case, only the actual Time In and Time Out will be recorded—there will be no calculated status (e.g., late or undertime) since no schedule is tagged to compare against.
