Expense Bills refer to monthly recurring business expenses such as rent, utilities, subscriptions, and internet services. These are larger, scheduled costs essential to your operations.
โ ๏ธ Important: Tagging of Expense Bills can only be done through the Admin Portal. Once recorded, the bill amount will be automatically deducted from your Gross Sales to reflect accurate net revenue.
Go to: Accounting > Expense > Bills
๐ Viewing and Filtering Bills:
Use the filters at the top of the page to:
Search by Date Range
Filter by Expense Type
โ To Add a New Bill:
STEP 1: Click .
STEP 2: Fill out the details.

STEP 3: Click to record the bill.

๐ Reviewing Your Bills:
You can view all tagged Expense Bills in your Dashboard, where they are reflected under the deductions from Gross Sales.
โ Accurate tagging ensures financial reports reflect real-time net income and spending.
