To start managing your employees:

Go to: Employee > List

This section allows you to create and manage employee accounts within the system.

โž• Creating a New Employee Account: STEP 1: Click .

STEP 2: Please fill out the required fields:

  • Preferred Username

  • First & Last Name This name will appear on receipts and other official records generated by the system, ensuring your information is correctly displayed.

  • Email Address Enter a valid email where your login credentials will be sent.

  • Position

  • Access Level

STEP 3: Once all fields are complete, click to create the account.

โš ๏ธ Important:

  • Usernames and email addresses must be unique โ€” duplicates are not allowed.

  • Login credentials will be automatically sent to the email address provided.
