β Void Reasons
The Void Reasons module allows you to define standardized reasons for voiding transactions. These will appear in a drop-down list when a staff member voids a sale, helping ensure transparency and accountability.
To add a void reason:
Go to: Sales Channels > Point of Sales > Void Reason
STEP 1: Click to create a void reason.

STEP 2: Enter your preferred reason (e.g. Customer Changed Mind, Wrong Item Selected, Duplicate Transaction).
STEP 3: Set the status to:
Active β to make it available in the POS/system
Inactive β to temporarily remove it without deleting
STEP 4: Click to apply the changes.

β Using predefined void reasons helps maintain consistency in reporting and reduces the risk of misuse.
